Come as often as your schedule allows. TaijiFit™ gives your body exactly what it needs… a gentle way to exercise, a peaceful place to slow down & breathe, a wonderful community.

TaijiFit™ is a wonderful compliment to an existing activity calendar & group fitness schedule.
