TaijiFit™ Walking Group @ Ty Warner Park-Enjoy 60-minutes of movement in this group fitness class. Offer Spring, Summer & Fall Sessions.  Group departs the flag pole parking lot at 10AM for 45-minutes of brisk walking around the perimeter of the park.  Finish with a 15-minute TaijiFit™ flow- In TaijiFit™, the best of Tai-Chi, meditation & group fitness come together to create a gentle yet energizing FLOW. TaijiFit™ is more than just a class-it’s an experience. Enjoy great music, great energy- and most of all, great people!

TaijiFit™@ Ty Warner Park-Enjoy 45-minutes of continuous movement in this group fitness class. Offered Summer Session Only.  Class meets 7PM M-W-F at the fountain in the center of the park. In TaijiFit™, the best of Tai-Chi, meditation & group fitness come together to create a gentle yet energizing FLOW. TaijiFit™ is more than just a class-it’s an experience. Enjoy great music, great energy- and most of all, great people! Drop-ins welcome for this class only. $5 per class.

TaijiFit™ 24- Enjoy 60-minutes. of instruction & additional 30-minutes of floor time to practice, if desired. Designed for the TaijiFit enthusiast, who wants to learn more about the wonderful Yang Style movements we play with in TaijiFit.  Doors open at 4PM. In this class, TaijiFit™ & the Beginning FUNdamentals of Tai-Chi come together to create flow using the world’s most popular Tai-Chi form: 24 Movement Simplified Yang Style Form. Class is tailored to meet the needs of the beginning student who has no prior experience with Tai-Chi.

TaijiFit™ Strength & Stretch- New Studio Exclusive! You asked for a class that consolidates your fitness favorites into one experience and together we made it happen. Designed from the generous input of our participants. Enjoy 60-minutes of movement in this group fitness class that offers: warm up exercises & basic stretching, a 15 minute TaijiFit™ Fusion of Tai-Chi & Hatha Yoga,  strength & stability exercises or assisted stretching, 8 Brocades Qigong or restorative meditation.

Get Started-All classes at the Dawn Nader Home Studio & All Ty Warner Park Classes are $5 per person / per class. Choose the number of classes you attend per week. Sessions are always 10 weeks. Closed weeks are not counted as part of your 10 weeks.  You can pay as you go- $5 per class (cash only) OR take advantage of the option to prepay 8 weeks of classes & receive your classes in weeks 9 & 10 FREE (cash or personal check-$25 fee on returned check). Prepayment is due the 1st class of the session. No makeup classes. No refunds for missed classes. No roll-overs.  Ask about our gift certificates & referral reward!
