Schedule /Location-

TU / TH 9:30AM TaijiFit- FLOW meets at the FOUNTAIN IN THE CENTER OF THE PARK. We begin our flow at 9:30AM.

TU 8:00AM Yang Style 24 Form / 32 Sword Form meets at the TENNIS COURTS (Participants should be familiar with the FULL FORM and be able to run the form in a group w/minimal cues. ) Warmup on your own at 8:00AM. We begin FORMS at 8:15AM.

NOTES:
Beijing Short Form / Yang Style 24 Movement Simplified Form – We are learning the original 5 section form as structured by Master Li Tian Ji in 1956 in partnership w/ the Chinese Sports Committee. 
Our 24 Form/32 Form Meetup @ Ty Warner Park is not instructional- participants should be able to follow from behind w/ minimal cues. Also, we are using the original Beijing choreography as structured by Master Li Tian Ji in 1956 in partnership w/ the Chinese Sports Committee.
