She brings with her instructor certifications for: TaijiFit™, Silver Sneakers FLEX: TaijiFit™ & YMCA Tai Chi / Tai Chi Flow / TaijiFit™. Under the instruction and mentorship of Sifu David Chang at Wushu Central Martial Arts Academy-San Jose, CA, Dawn gained 10 years experience as a student / instructor in the art of Wushu and a 5th duan black belt in Wushu-specializing in Yang Style Tai-Chi & straight sword. Currently, Dawn is focusing on the development of her foundation in Yang Style Tai Chi. Dawn is an indoor student of David-Dorian Ross. She facilitates TaijiFit™ Group Fitness Classes & provides instruction for the most popular Tai-Chi forms in the world- the 24 Movement Simplified Yang Style Form (Beijing Short Form) & it’s companion form-the 32 Movement Simplified Yang Style Sword Form.
