She brings with her TaijiFit™ and Silver Sneakers FLEX: TaijiFit™ Instructor certification, over 10 years experience as a student / instructor in the art of Wushu, and a 5th duan black belt in Wushu-specializing in Yang Style Tai-Chi & straight sword. Currently, Dawn is a student of traditional Yang Style Tai-Chi. She facilitates TaijiFit™ & small group/private instruction for the most popular Tai-Chi forms in the world- the 24 Simplified Movement Yang Style form & it’s companion form-the 32 Simplified Movement Yang Style Sword form. Her journey to wellness through martial arts provides a unique perspective on movement, exercise & strengthening the body, mind and spirit.
