M W F 4PM – TaijiFit™24 : Enjoy 60mins. of Instruction w/ an additional 30mins. of optional floor time to practice. Doors open at 4PM. TaijiFit™ & the beginning FUNdamentals of Tai-Chi come together as we focus on the world’s most popular Tai-Chi form- Beginner 24 Simplified Movement Yang Style Form. Detailed instruction is given during this class with plenty of time to ask questions and practice what is introduced in class before going home.
TU TH 10AM TaijiFit™ Walking Group: Enjoy 45mins of continuous movement in this group fitness class. When the weather is too nice to be inside, we will meet at Ty Warner Park for 45mins of walking and 15 mins. of TaijiFit™. In TaijiFit™, the best of Tai-Chi, meditation & group fitness come together to create a gentle yet energizing FLOW. TaijiFit™ is more than just a class-it’s an experience.
