Unitarian Church of Hinsdale-TaijiFit™ w/ Dawn Nader: M-W-F 7PM to 8PM (45mins. of Movement) OPEN TO PUBLIC. 17 W. Maple Ave. Hinsdale, IL. Crossroads of Chicago Ave. & Lincoln. Doors open at 7PM.  Suggested donation: $2 per person/ per class.  All are welcome. No experience needed. Come as often as your schedule allows. Follow all posted signs for parking to avoid ticket- 2hr. street parking available on the north side of Maple. Meters available on SW corner of Lincoln & Maple. Residing in Clarendon Hills, Dawn is a proponent of mindful movement for health. She brings with her a 200 Hour Certification for TaijiFit™, over 10 years experience in the art of perseverance, and a 5th duan black belt in Wushu-specializing in Yang Style Tai-Chi & straight sword.

Currently, Dawn is a student of traditional Yang Style Tai-Chi. She facilitates TaijiFit™ & traditional small group instruction for the most popular Tai-Chi form in the world- the 24 Simplified Movement Yang Style form. Her journey to wellness through martial arts provides a unique perspective on movement, exercise & strengthening the body, mind and spirit.
